In the next instalment OFF MENU, every Wednesday in May Head Chef Mitz Vora will run a menu focusing on his alternative take on taco’s

Foley’s is taking guests OFF MENU to trial and explore Middle Eastern and Asian flavours in the form of a taco’s. Head Chef Mitz Vora, is taking the simple taco, and modernising the approach.

Running exclusively on Wednesday’s throughout May, the new taco menu draws from Mitz’s Middle Eastern and Asian influences as he has created his own Roti Taco. This Roti taco is Foley’s take on the classic Corn tortilla, made from rice flour, grilled over charcoal and freshly prepared in house every day.

Filled with flavours, such as the Goan Crab Taco, served with a fresh crab salad, crab bisque, crispy shallots and dill or Pork Belly Taco with tamarind BBQ, swede vermicelli, apple, buttermilk and cashews, Foley’s tacos are offering something new.

For those looking for a lighter menu, Foley’s have crafted vegetarian and vegan options starting with their Jackfruit Taco. This comes with tamarind BBQ, cured red onions, bean sprouts and smoked peanuts.  The Mushrooms & Peas Taco is accompanied by tikka masala, chilli lime, yogurt, cured red onions and crispy shallots.
