Galvin at Windows is celebrating Guy Fawkes Night in style on November 5th, with specially devised Nyetimber English sparkling wine cocktails alongside paired canapes at the bar created by head chef Andre Garrett.
The location of the bar at Galvin at Windows on the 28th floor of the London Hilton on Park Lane offers the perfect viewpoint for watching the fireworks explode across the city. Plus, because there are planned firework displays going on until late in the night and the bar is open until 3am, you can really make the most of the festivities.
Marco Ercolano, head barman, will be working his magic all evening with his new Nyetimber cocktails, including the interesting sounding ‘Time is Nye’. The full bar menu will also be available, including a range of Champagnes both by the glass and by the bottle and a selection of creative and classic cocktails to sip on as the sky lights up.
