This May, Ganymede, by The Lunar Pub Group, will celebrate the Chelsea Flower Show’s ‘Floral Fun & Games’ theme by transforming into a British botanical wonderland.

Following their win at the 2022 Belgravia in Bloom, Ganymede is once again collaborating with Pamela Lada from Songbird Florals to adorn the pub’s exterior with a display of green herbs, foliage and fresh florals in shades of blue, purple and white.

Grape vines, olive branches, rosemary, berries and artichokes will embellish the facade, creating a backdrop for diners. Guests can expect views of moss and herb-based wreaths adorning each table on the terrace overlooking bustling Ebury Street, complemented by clusters of flowers in wild, organic arrangements, as well as feathery emerald grasses and lush foliage plants which will grace the troughs.

Owner Chef Director Oliver Marlowe has curated an exclusive menu available throughout the week of the Chelsea Flower Show. Served from Monday to Friday, diners can enjoy either a 2-course or 3-course set menu. Starters feature Sorrel and wild garlic velouté with a harissa brioche roll and Pink bream ceviche with caponata dressing, heritage tomatoes, basil and gordal olives.

Main courses include Wood pigeon with confit potato, peas and mint gremolata and Barbequed hispi with charred asparagus, crispy ginger, Thai basil and coconut broth. For dessert, there will be Ganymede’s signature Peach and white chocolate baked Alaska alongside Wild strawberry and lemon mille-feuille with elderflower sorbet.

Floral cocktails complement the menu, including the Reverend Hubert Garden Spritz topped with English sparkling wine and the refreshing non-alcoholic Wild Idol Strawberry No-jito which mixes lime juice and strawberry puree topped with Wild Idol rosé and soda.

The Chelsea Flower Show Menu will be available 21st-25th May.

£35 for 2 courses or £42 for 3 courses
