Step back in time with a curated selection of guest-favourite limited-edition dishes from menus past

GAUCHO, the Latin-inspired restaurant, will relaunch its Legacy Set Menu from 23 February through to the end of March 2026. 

The menu highlights a curated selection of 10 much-loved limited-edition dishes from GAUCHO’s archives, with recipes dating back to 1994. Available all day Monday to Friday, the Legacy Set Menu offers three courses for £30 per person, with the option to add sides, celebrating the brand’s rich culinary heritage. The menu will be available at all 20 GAUCHO restaurants. 

Hero classic dishes include starters such as Sausage and Red Pepper Confit (2013) and Ecuadorian Ceviche (2012), alongside GAUCHO classics for mains, including Lomo a la Milanese – (2008) and Churrasco de Cuadril – Grilled Rump Steak (1994). Much-loved desserts complete the menu, with highlights such as Coconut Tres Leches (2003) and Dulce de Leche Pancakes (2005).

The Legacy Set Menu is available to walk-ins or can be booked in advance.
