The new Odysea’s Marinated Artichoke Quarters, a is a rather clever resealable pouch full of tender pieces of artichoke marinated in extra virgin olive oil, lemon and herbs.

Ready to eat, these artichoke quarters are ideal for antipasti, and a great addition to salads, sauces and risottos.  The resealable pouch means you don’t have to eat them all at once, although you may do!

Also, now available in Sainsbury’s is Odysea Preserved Beldi Lemons.

Made using Egyptian lemons, these have an intense citrus flavour unlike any other. They are ideal for adding to roasted meats or potatoes, and even better when finely sliced and added to a salad. Of course, any tagine is going to benefit hugely from preserved lemons, too

A versatile product also featuring in Sainsbury’s is Odysea’s Sautéed Mushrooms. Packed out with button mushrooms and native herbs, these Sautéed Mushrooms are an easy way to pack huge flavour into all kinds of dishes.

Eat them on their own, add them to a risotto, or add to pasta sauce – whichever you choose, these mushrooms are exceptionally flavoursome and a delicious addition to any dish.

The new products join Odysea’s existing range of extra virgin olive oils, balsamic vinegars, Greek hand-picked olives in olive oil, Greek honey, and ready-to-eat appetisers based on traditional Greek recipes, most of which will be sited in Odysea’s new space within the Speciality Ingredients section at Sainsbury’s.
