Phil, a Michelin-starred chef presents OTTO – a pasta delivery service with a difference.

Phil believes pasta provides the best way to take the expertise of his fine dining background to the home – with absolutely no compromise in the quality of the product.

In his own restaurants, his menus have never been without a pasta dish, the two biggies being the lasagne of crab at The Square and the strozzapreti of truffles at Elystan Street.

OTTO offers a seasonally evolving menu of 8 dishes, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten and dairy free options. The elements for each dish have been sourced from suppliers of Phil’s co- owned restaurants, Elystan Street and Kitchen W8 (both Michelin starred) and Church Road in Barnes.

Each supplier, which includes the butcher HG Walter; suppliers of exceptional Mediterranean vegetables, Natoora; British vegetable experts, Thornicrofts; British and European cheese specialists Buchanans Cheesemonger; purveyors of extraordinary mushrooms and truffles, The Wild Room; and day boat fish supplier Flying Fish Seafoods, is meticulous about the growing or gathering of their food, ensuring maximum flavour and minimum impact on the planet. Phil is the alchemist who turns these ingredients into the flavour-packed dishes to be delivered to your
door.

All OTTO’s pastas are hand-crafted by Phil and his colleagues in OTTO’s South West London kitchen.
