Veganuary is now bigger and better than ever – it’s a celebration of vegan cooking and the chance for everyone to try delicious plant-based dishes that can be enjoyed beyond just the first month of the year.

Here are some of the best spots to try delightful and decadent vegan food, guaranteed to amaze and surprise even the most skeptical of diners. From cookies and ceviche to cauliflower popcorn and ‘cheesecake’, there is something for everyone to enjoy this Veganuary.

Hand Picked Hotels

Recently appointed new Head Chef Joe Gould has created a great vegan menu for guests to enjoy Veganuary at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels’ collection of 21 luxury hotels across the UK and Channel Islands.

The carefully crafted menu includes starters of confit celeriac with apple and rosemary jam and heritage beetroot with whipped vegan ricotta cannelloni. The real star of the show is Joe’s innovative paella quinoa with roquito pepper, avocado, spiced kale, basil and vegan mozzarella.

The menu finishes on a sweet note with chocolate torte with kirsch cherries and miso ice cream, or a blackberry ‘cheese’ cake.

As well as Fawsley Hall, each Hand Picked Hotel has an array of vegan dishes and menus on offer
