Popular all-day neighbourhood restaurant LIV Belgravia reopens this September under Chef Director Mark Jarvis
The new menu at LIV will take influences from Mark’s modern British cooking style, which often sees him pair unusual ingredients to create ground-breaking dishes.
Diners at LIV can expect an eclectic mix of seasonal land, sea and meat dishes including Burrata Gazpacho, Crab Ailio and Australian Truffle Risotto for starters; as well as Lamb and Anchovy Butter with Braised Summer Squash, Wild Turbot with
Potato and Fennel Gratin and Gratinated Aubergine with Caponata & Pine Nuts for Mains.
Dessert dishes to feature include Olive Oil Soft Serve with Honeycomb & Rosemary Wafer, Chocolate Cremeux with Chocolate Crumb & Toasted Hazelnut Ice Cream and Passion Fruit Panna Cotta.
Alongside Mark, will be Head Chef Joe Laker who has worked with Mark at Anglo, and prior was sous chef at St Leonards Restaurant in Shoreditch.
Mark brings years of expertise, from cutting his teeth at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, to recent successes at Anglo, to his new venture at LIV Belgravia.
LIV Belgraiva will reopen on Friday 4 September for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
