Max’s Sandwich Shop has launched its brand new creation, ‘Max’s Morning Reviver’ which hopes to cure those with a hangover during the festival period. Katrina Mirpuri has a taste.
It’s essentially a Christmas twist on his already famous ham egg and chips but with a spicy kick.
Tabasco sauce and bloody mary ketchup are slathered on some smoked turkey leg (or a vegetarian patty) which sits with ultra thin chips, a fried egg and some gravy mayonnaise.
All of this is wedged between two thick slices of focaccia and promises to “sort you out the morning after those big nights out†according to Max Halley himself
