Today marks the start of National Butcher’s Week – a chance for restaurants throughout London to celebrate their fabulous meat suppliers.
They will break down the animal into the key cuts and joints, while Gillray’s Executive Head Chef, Jamie Welch, prepares a main course from the cuts produced, sharing his expert tips and tricks.
The evening will begin at 5pm with a drink on arrival with Gillray’s signature Yorkshire puddings. This will be followed by prime steak tartare and a tasting of the cuts, selected by O’Sheas.
