Launching Saturday 31st August MOLO is mixing things up at their kiosk in Netil Market, brining something new to their menu.
The Seafood Special Series will see MOLO creating a new, never-seen before gourmet fish bun every month Ã¢â‚¬â€œ featuring on the menu on the last weekend of the month, for one weekend only, with limited availability. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
First on the line-up for the series is a Seared Scallop bun with Colonnata Lardo, Scallop Roe Emulsion, fermented Mustard Cabbage, burned Red Onion and Honey & Lime Mayo encased in a Poppy Seed Brioche Bun.
A new special bun will be introduced each month, so expect the likes of Unagi (eel) & Fois Gras or Ponzu Saor Sardines with grilled Shitake, Saffron Mayo and Burned Lemon, with the seafood Special Series running until the end of the year.
