2016 will see a premium line up of guest chefs and foodies collaborate with North West London gastropub Paradise by Way of Kensal Green for a series of exclusive supper clubs and residencies.
The monthly events will kick off on Thursday 28th April, with a Spring Supper Club from Head Chef Cat Ashton (formerly of Petersham Nurseries). Cat willwelcome a new season of produce with a three-course feast celebrating spring ingredients such as asparagus, peas, lamb and new season strawberries. Kicking off at 6.30pm, tickets are priced at £30 per person and can be purchased here.
From May onwards and throughout 2016, Cat will be welcoming a few friends into the kitchen at Paradise. Co-hosted by Cat, the series will feature Ella Woodward (Deliciously Ella) on 17th May, Nicolas Balfe (Salon Brixton) on 16th June, Adam Rawson (Young British Foodie award winner) in September, and Anna Jones (cook, stylist and writer) in October.

Stinging nettle and cave aged cheddar souffle
Green asparagus with soft boiled egg, olives and chilli oil
Morels on wild garlic bruschetta and organic olive oil
Slow cooked lamb shoulder with truffled pecorino, spring tomatoes and broad beans
Served with: New season peas and mint; Mountain honey baby carrots; Salt baked Jersey Royal potatoes
Vanilla cheesecake with early season strawberries and Amaretto caramel
