Available from this Sunday 28th July, Pho St Paul’s will serve up Vietnamese twists on classic breakfast dishes, as well as its phở signature namesake dish, and unlimited refills of select cocktails, prosecco or beer for just £25.

mcith_pho.pngServed from 11am – 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays, the menu is completely gluten free and will offer a fresh take on brunch, with dishes including crispy Pandan Waffles, filled with berries, starfruit, condensed milk and maple syrup; a Brunch Rice Bowl with grilled pork belly, soft boiled eggs and crunchy veg; and, on the veggie side of things, a Vietnamese Omelette with Sriracha ketchup, Asian herbs and avocado.

A Vietnamese-inspired brunch wouldn’t be complete without the country’s breakfast staple, phở, so the menu will also feature five breakfast soups, including the restaurant’s popular Phở Chin, with tender beef brisket cooked in beef broth and aromatic Bun Rieu; vermicelli noodles in a rich tomato & crab broth with wafer thin steak & tofu.

Guests can opt for unlimited servings of Pho’s own Ca Phe Martini, a blend of Vietnamese iced coffee, condensed milk & Hà Ná»™i vodka, or opt for bottomless spicy Sriracha Bloody Mary. Brunch staple Prosecco, served straight up or with fresh OJ, and Saigon Lager will also be on the menu.

For those going tee-total, a booze free version of the brunch will be available for £13, with bottomless servings of Pho’s refreshing juices, or hot or iced coffee.

Pho’s brunch menu will launch on Sunday 28th July and will be available from 11am – 3pm every weekend at the St Paul’s Restaurant only and must be pre-booked.

Diners will be able to choose from one main dish and one unlimited drink.
