This summer, Plateau, the French-style restaurant with views across Canary Wharf, has transformed its outside space into a ‘Wild Summer Terrace’ in partnership with The Botanist Gin.

Enjoy panoramic views over the city, an array of fresh and vibrant botanical cocktails, a new summer food menu, and planters filled with fresh herbs and botanicals to create the perfect retreat in the middle of town  

Guests can take in the sights from the terrace and unwind with one of the five new cocktail specials, all made with The Botanist Gin, including:

The Botanist SpritzThe Botanist Gin, Elderflower Cordial, Prosecco, Peach Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Fresh Mint
Rocking TreeThe Botanist Gin, Amaretto, Pineapple Juice, Passionfruit Puree, Lemon Juice 
The ForagerThe Botanist Gin, Tonic Water, Elderflower, Lime Juice, Cucumber and Fresh mint 
Into the WildThe Botanist Gin, Pisco ABA, basil syrup, pineapple juice & lemon juice 
Earth, Wind & FireThe Botanist Gin, Grand Marnier, coconut syrup, apple juice & fresh chilli

Head Chef, Sean Kimpson has also created a special new summer menu, best enjoyed on the terrace. The menu will feature seasonal favourites such as Steamed courgette flower with Orkney Scallops & White Crab, Roast pollock with jersey royals, baby gem, & sauce grenobloise, and Vadouvan crusted lamb loin, Ratatouille, smoked yogurt & lamb bacon. 

The terrace installation will be running until 5th September, making it the ideal spot to escape the city and enjoy the warmer and longer days ahead this summer.
