Learn all the secrets of Punch Room’s famous punches with new masterclasses from October.
The award-winning Punch Room at The London EDITION is excited to announce the launch of their very own Punch Masterclasses beginning on 12th October 2018.
Taking place on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 2pm until 4pm, the masterclasses promise to give guests a tell-all insight into the wonders of Punch Room punches.
With 20 spaces available per class, guests will learn about the history of Punch as well as the techniques Punch Room use to create their signature drinks and the principles behind them.
During the afternoon, five unique drinks will be demonstrated and tasted during the two hour sitting; following this, guests are given the opportunity to make their own bespoke punch, utilising the skills they have learned.
Guests will learn how to create and taste some of Punch Room’s most sought after concoctions including Punch Room’s Classic Milk Punch; made with ingredients such as Hennessy fine de Cognac, Havana Club 3yo Rum, Somerset Cider, Brandy, green tea, lemon juice, Pineapple, spices syrup and milk, and EDITION Punch; made with Plymouth gin, Silver tip jasmine tea, Benedictine, Oak-moss syrup, Lemon juice and orange flower water.
The experienced bar team at the Time Our Bar of the Year winning bar, will oversee the process and will be on hand to provide help and advice where required.
It’s the perfect opportunity to explore the fun, practical side of cocktail making whilst learning valuable techniques that will have a practical application, at 2am in the kitchen at a house party. Tickets cost £50 with a minimum group size is 6 and maximum group size is 20.

Designed to be an intimate space away from the Soho crowds, the bar boasts 30 specialty punches – including the signature gin-infused EDITION house punch. A curated soundtrack of soul, blues, ragtime and doo-wop is complemented by impromptu live performances.
