Royal China Fulham will be dishing up a new à la carte menu of seasonal delicacies to guests from 10 March until 21 May 2014.

Renowned as one of the most prestigious and authentic Chinese restaurants in London, RoyalChina Fulham’s new menu is designed to showcase authentic Chinese ingredients, challenging Londoners to cast aside their standard choices and embrace more exotic flavours.

Speciality dishes such as Braised Abalone Slices with Vegetables (£48) will be on offer. The Abalone is a large, highly prized marine gastropod mollusc, or a sea snail to then rest of us.

With extremely rich, flavourful meat the flavour is best described as a delicious cross between scallops and Foie Gras.

Other dishes on the menu for slightly less adventurous dinners include Braised Special PorkBelly with Peking Bun (£12.80), and Braised Shredded Filet Steak with Scallion (£13.50).
