iconic blossom season with a special sake cocktail, available for a limited time.

The expert mixologists at Shiro have crafted a unique and refreshing blend of flavours to capture
the essence of cherry blossom season, available from 15th March – 30th April only. The Wild

Blossom cocktail features a muddle of Kettle One Vodka, Sake, Lychee, Crème de Fig, Chambord,
Lemon and Egg White, for £14. A delicious combination of ingredients, East meets West in this
stunning cocktail that will no doubt prove to be popular whilst it’s on the menu.

For centuries, springtime in Japan has long been synonymous with one thing: its sakura cherry
blossom, appearing from the beginning of March to April. The Wild Blossom cocktail gives a nod to
this, as well as celebrating the arrival of the coinciding cherry blossom season in London too.
