The ONE Group has a brand new menu for Bao Yum. Located in The Westminster London, Curio Collection by Hilton, Bao Yum brings a whimsical twist on the urban chic Asian street food classic, bao.
Who doesn’t love a bit of bao? These steamed buns made with flour, yeast, sugar, baking powder, milk and oil are kind of bread roll and always fluffy.
Found in most parts of China there are Bao bun options for lunch and dinner. Once pork was the only option but nowadays Bao can contain almost anything.
Diners at Bao Yum can now pick and choose between a range of unique, contemporary and tasty fillings on the new menu including; Cheeseburger, Kung Pao Shrimp, Chicken Satay, Lobster Salad, Vegan Pulled “Beef”, Sweet Custard or Cheesecake & Raspberry; available for Grab & Go (ideal for picnics in the park during the summer), Dine In or Delivery.
The menu also includes a wide variety of delicious alternative options including; poke bowls, homemade soups, fresh salads and pastries. To drink, guests can choose from barista-made coffees, sweet iced teas and juices.
