Since it opened its doors in January, Vori has beenpromoting honest and soulful Greek cuisine in the Holland Park & Notting Hill area. It’s much loved by its West London locals, and Vori’s founder Markos Tsimikalis showcases the purity and richness of Greek cuisine in a waythat lets the provenance of the ingredients shine through.

Vori’s menu draws from the traditional dishes of various Greek islands, demonstrating the diversity of Hellenic cuisine. To honour traditional culinary techniques, the dishes are cooked over coal.
