Tiffing is a drinking & dining experience, produced as a supper club, during which guests are served food and drink pairings that have been created by a top chef and bartender working together to create real unions.
A small group of guests will have the opportunity to join the innovative John Campbell for an intimate dining experience that will explore complex and delicious pairings between cocktails and food.
This is a true first, a Michelin starred chef leading an exploratory journey into food and cocktail pairing. Diners will arrive to cocktails and canapés and then enjoy a six course tasting menu developed in tandem with the renowned BAMBOO bar team. John will not only be cooking, but he will also take guest through each pairing.
Tiffing will be held at a central London location that will be announced to ticket holders 10 days prior to the event.
