TOZI, London’s Venetian-inspired Italian restaurant and bar located in the heart of Victoria, has a new spring menu

TOZI – meaning group of friends in Venetian slang – focuses on seasonal ingredient and the menu highlights authentic cicchetti style plates such as Sicilian red prawns carpaccio, served with creamy burrata drizzled with zesty lemon oil and indulgent cauliflower fritti with rich black truffle mayo.

For some springtime freshness, there’s the freshly grilled asparagus and endive salad with velvety quail eggs and black truffle

For the pasta lovers, the menu features Paccheri with baby octopus, squid and taggiasca olives or the hearty Rustichelle with Welsh lamb ragout and aromatic rosemary.

For the main course, there’s grilled sea bream with courgette, samphire, dried tomatoes topped with some herbaceous salmoriglio , or the slow cooked pork shoulder with braised cannellini beans, rainbow chard and crispy pancetta.

TOZI’s Amalfi lemon delice is quintessential Amalfi Coast or there’s apple and almond tart perfectly paired with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
