Weber has launched a limited series of Wild Cuts barbecue classes where guests will learn to cook a range of non-traditional meats.

mcith_CPG_WEBER_BBQ_107.jpgResearch from premium barbecue brand Weber has revealed that almost half (45%) of Brits would like to try an alternative meat like alpaca, boar or ostrich.

At the special edition Grill Academy classes, attendees will learn to prepare Wild Cuts such as wagyu steak, alpaca kebabs, wild boar burgers, roasted bone marrow and an ostrich scotch egg.

The special edition classes will take place between June and August at Meat N16 in Stoke Newington, and are an ideal activity for BBQ lovers this summer.

Dan Cooper, Head Grill Master at Weber said: “While burgers and sausages will always be a BBQ staple, more and more of us are looking to experiment with more unusual flavours. This is why we’ve launched these special edition classes to give Brits the chance to master the art of cooking some less traditional meats.

From ostrich scotch eggs to alpaca kebabs, we’re really excited to give people the opportunity to experiment with some different flavours.”
