Continuing to showcase some of London’s stellar street food superstars with Bread St Bar Sessions, Bread Street Kitchen welcomes Wingmans. This residency says it will feature the best wings this side of Buffalo, New York, and kicks  off on Friday 5th February continuing every Tuesday and Friday from 6pm onwards.

Launched in summer 2015 by a wing-loving trio (brothers David and Zack Turofsky with chef Ben Ford), Wingmans is the UK’s very first Authentic Wingery. Dealing exclusively in chicken wings – a menu item so often relegated to lowly starter or side – Wingmans makes this s dish the star attraction.

Using 100% fresh ingredients, all carefully selected,  each five-piece portion of wings comes dripping in the homemade sauce of diner’s choice, including: signature hot; Buffalo (with blue cheese dip and celery); sweet and smoky BBQ, Oriental; or honey sriracha, to name a few! Must-try sides include slow-cooked, pulled chicken bon bons with house BBQ sauce; truffle mac’n’ cheese balls with ranch dressing; and the loaded gem salad. For the full wing experience, wash everything down with an ice-cold craft beer.

Bread St Bar Sessions is a celebration of food, street culture and music, reflecting the culinary diversity of London. Bread Street Kitchen, part of the Gordon Ramsay Group, is located at One New Change, sitting in the heart of the City and in the shadow of historic St. Paul’s Cathedral.
