Benito’s Hat are bringing their feisty fiesta to Farringdon and with them they bring a whole bunch of interactive tricks under their sombero ready to shake up meal times.
Opening early November, the restaurant will feature Felipe’s’Salsa Bar,’ featuring 10 unique homemade flavours. Given free rein to showcase more than 20 years Mexican restaurant experience, Pueblan-born Executive Head Chef, Felipe Fuentes Cruz has designed a range of exciting salsas including: tropical pineapple and habanero; fresh salsa fresca; and the contentious dried prawns and chipotle.
Follow Benito’s meal-pairing advice or use your own intuition to spice up your burrito, taco or salad with one, two (or all 10, if you don’t care about heartburn.)
In keeping with Benito’s spirit, this latest burrito bar has gone all high-tech with new in-store screens so hungry fans with no time to lose can beat the queues.
For the ultimate in speedy service simply order via the interactive electronic system and collect once ready.
Feeling extra lazy? You can even get your Mexican feast delivered to your door or desk if you’re within a mile, excellent if you want to make your immediate vicinity very jealous and hungry all at the same time.

Alongside all these exciting extras the new restaurant will be serving up a selection of Benito’s Hat’s signature freshly made burritos, tacos, salads and soups with a range of cocktails, beer and wine.
