Twice Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar is opening his latest restaurant in the 365-day neighbourhood of Wembley Park.

Masalchi, an Indian word broadly meaning ‘the spice master or spice blender’, will open 25 th October located between the iconic Wembley Stadium and The SSE Arena, Wembley.

Masalchi celebrates the exotic abundance of India’s spices in a rustic, yet relaxed and sociable setting. Masalchi will open seven days a week with a Pan-Indian menu of dishes based on street food that Atul Kochhar discovered at provincial markets during his back-street travels in India with family, friends and peers.

Menu highlights include grills such as Lahori Chaapen (Rustic lamb chops from the street markets of Lahore) to Phalwala Paneer Tikka (grilled paneer, starfruit and apple tikka). Half plates feature a Bun Kebab (lamb keema patties with mint chutnet and onions) Ambasari Jhinga (spicy and crisp prawns with ajwain, lemon, chilli and onion) and Chakunder Chaap (beetroot and pine nuts croquettes with kachumber salad)

Masalchi’s Handi, Masala and Kalia dishes include the likes of Paneer Kulcha Cholle (baked paneer
bread with spiced chickpeas) and Chicken Makhan Palak (classic butter chicken with spinach).

Masalchi, Wembley Park joins the neighbourhood’s growing dining offer.

With capacity for 120 guests, Masalchi’s cuisine is hearty yet simple, including a selection of curries, grills, half-plates and creamy Handi, Masala and Kalia dishes.
