Beef & Bass has opened on King’s Road in Chelsea, bringing a modern charcoal grill concept centred on premium aged beef and wild line-caught sea bass.

Focused on simple, protein-led dishes, the menu is keto-friendly, dairy-free and cooked with minimal oil, combining health-conscious dining with Mediterranean-inspired flavour.
Signature starters include smoked beef bao and sea bass tacos, followed by aged beef steak or whole grilled sea bass with house sauces and seasonal sides. Set menus start at £36, with three courses at £60 or four at £80. Sundays feature an elevated British roast.
The 60-cover restaurant pairs warm, elegant interiors with a private dining room for 18 and a speakeasy-style cocktail lounge offering fire-inspired drinks. Founded by Italian chefs Daniele Pampagnin and Alessandro Verdenelli with Lisa-Claudia Levy, Beef & Bass aims to blend open-flame cooking, quality ingredients and relaxed hospitality in the heart of Chelsea.
On Sundays, Beef & Bass offers a refined take on a classic British roast, serving roast beef (£38) or roast chicken (£32) with all the traditional trimmings, alongside a fennel, baby spinach, tahini and parsley cress salad.
