Star Chefs and Interactive Culinary Experiences: Le Cordon Bleu London Unveils Summer Festival 2026

Dedicated to celebrating gastronomy, creativity and culinary excellence, the annual event promises a dynamic programme of live demonstrations, tastings and immersive workshops hosted by Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs alongside renowned names from the global food industry.

Guests attending the festival will be able to enjoy a wide variety of practical culinary sessions covering cuisine, pâtisserie, boulangerie, plant-based gastronomy and modern culinary techniques. Visitors can also take part in wine and beverage tastings curated by Master Sommelier Matthieu Longuere, featuring a handpicked range of outstanding wines.

A highlight of the event will be exclusive demonstrations from celebrated guest chefs representing some of London’s most exciting dining destinations and international culinary influences.

Confirmed participants for this year include Michael Kwan, Founder and Executive Pastry Chef of Onsu; Karim Bourgi, Chef Patron of Kayu; Masaki Sugisaki, Executive Chef at Dinings SW3; chef and author Petty Elliott; Flori Porja, Group Head Chef at Brindisa; and Karl O’Dell, Executive Chef of CORD Restaurant, with additional names to be announced soon.

The popular Salon Gourmet Tasting Area will also return in 2026, bringing together a curated selection of premium partner brands where guests can sample and purchase exceptional food and drink products in an engaging festival atmosphere.
