Eight Lands Organic Speyside Gin and Vodka are distilled and bottled at the Glenrinnes Distillery in Scotland using the Scottish spring water and 100% organic ingredients including botanicals that grow naturally on the estate.
Both spirits are created using the fresh Scottish spring water that flows past the distillery down from the lower slopes of the Ben Rinnes mountain. The Eight Lands name itself comes from the eight different countries that are visible from the top of the mountain on a clear day.

Eight Lands Organic Speyside Gin isa juniper and citrus-led London Dry gin which is complemented by locally foraged cowberries and wood sorrel from the family’s organic estate. Sorrel provides a citrus element, complementing the fresh lime and fresh lemon peel alongside the tart berries that bring a touch of fruity sweetness. The gin includes 11 botanicals including orris root, cardamom and coriander seeds.
Eight Lands Organic Speyside Vodka is a smooth and well-rounded vodka created using an unusual two-stage fermentation process with both barley and wheat grains.
