The summer social season would be incomplete without a spot of polo accompanied by champagne cocktails. This year’s Cartier International Day, the most prestigious polo event in the world, takes place at the Guards Polo Club on the 25th July. Guests will rub shoulders with members of society and celebrities alike and enjoy a gourmet lunch prepared by Anton Mosimann.

To celebrate, bottlegreen has created an elegant and sophisticated cocktail using a blend of champagne, a splash of pure apple vodka combined with bottlegreen Cox’s Apple and Plum Cordial.

So even if you can’t attend the event, you can still enjoy the glamour wherever you are.

Cartier Polo inspired Cocktail

Serves 1

Ingredients:

Champagne

25ml Apple Vodka

15ml bottlegreen Cox’s Apple & Plum Cordial

Method:

  • Fill a flute three quarters with champagne.
  • Shake apple vodka and bottlegreen Cox’s Apple & Plum Cordial with ice, strain into champagne.
