Now that the warm weather has arrived – at last!! Why not try one, or all, of these new and refreshing cocktails created using Perrier sparkling mineral water?

A great addition to your summer drinks menu, each of the three cocktails, below are easy to make, so you can enjoy all of these refreshing drinks with friends on lazy summer’s days. In creating these recipes the makers of Perrier mineral water teamed up with some of the London’s leading style bars to produce this range of summer cocktails. So you could visit these bars and sample them, or make them at home and impress your friends.

Perrier Summer Punch

LAB BAR, 12 Old Compton Street, W1D 4TQ


• 50 ml Gin

• 25 ml Fresh Lemon

• 25 ml Elderflower Cordial

• 6 mint leaves

• Perrier mineral water


Shake all ingredients together before pouring them into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with Perrier and

garnish with a mint sprig and lemon wedge.

Perrier’s Paradise

VANILLA, 131 Great Titchfield Street, W1W 5BB


• 40ml Gin

• 30ml Lychee Liqueur

• 20ml Lychee Puree

• 15ml Ginger Syrup

• 10ml Lemon Juice

• ½ Chilli sliced thinly

• Perrier mineral water


Muddle the chilli in a Boston glass. Add all the ingredients followed by a few ice cubes and shake. Pour over ice and top up with Perrier. Add some more crushed ice and add some more sliced chilli as a garnish, along with a peeped lychee.

The Perrier Balsamico

COQUINE, 160 Old Brompton Road, SW5 OBA


• 35ml Gin

• 10ml Framboise

• 10ml Balsamico

• 4 Strawberries

• 15ml Lemon Juice

• Dash of Grapefruit Juice

• 50ml Fresh Apple Juice

• 2 spoons of Fructose Sugar

• Perrier mineral water


Shake the Gin with all of the ingredients. Finish by topping with Perrier mineral water.
