Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a loved one over a luxurious Tanqueray® cocktail. The makers of Tanqueray gin have teamed up with some of the country’s leading style bars to produce a range of Valentine’s themed cocktails for the special day. The Valentine’s Cocktails will be available throughout February and offer an exciting alternative to champagne.

‘Tanqueray Rose and Truffle Champagne Fizz’ (1.7 units alcohol)

Bonds Bar, London, EC2R 8AY

Ingredients
20 ml Tanqueray gin
10 ml rose liqueur
15 ml truffle eau de vie
Pink champagne
Instructions
Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled champagne glass and top with pink champagne. Garnish with a rose petal.

‘Tanqueray White Bow’ (2.8 units alcohol)

The Bowery, Sheffield, S3 7SF

Ingredients
50 ml Tanqueray gin
15 ml lychee liqueur
15ml lemon juice
15ml lychee syrup
5/6 fresh lychees
Champagne top
Instructions
Muddle lychees in glass until broken down to a near puree. Pour Tanqueray gin, lychee liqueur, lemon juice and lychee syrup into a glass. Shake all ingredients with ice. Finally strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice and top with champagne. Garnish with fresh lychees and lemon.

‘Tanqueray Red Rose’ (3 units alcohol)

Balmoral Bar, Edinburgh, EH11 2EG

Ingredients
50 ml Tanqueray gin
15 ml elderflower liqueur
25 ml freshly pureed strawberries
2 freshly squeezed wedges of lime
Pink champagne
Instructions
In a glass add Tanqueray Gin, elderflower liqueur, strawberries and squeezed wedges of lime. Shake all ingredients and pour into a chilled champagne glass, top with pink champagne. Garnish with a red rose petal.
