A launch of a series of seven-course dinners that promise to take you on a journey, showcasing the very best of the Galician region of north-eastern Spain.

On Sunday 11th October, Salt Yard restaurant in Fitzrovia will be collaborating with The Rare Tea Company to create a four course menu paired with the option of a tea or tea cocktail.

Right now Pizarro restaurant is featuring a Gin Mare menu, of which Jose kindly set up a tasting for us, with first a perfect Gin Mare G&T to get the taste buds going.

This Thursday 1 October is World Sake Day and to celebrate Sushisamba London has created a range of sake inspired dishes and cocktails.
