Cotswolds Cloudy G&T

To make the ultimate CotswoldsCloudy G&T, mix with premium tonic water, lots of ice and garnish with a bay leaf and a slice of pink grapefruit.
Cotswolds Dry Gin is a blend of nine carefully-considered botanicals, including local lavender from nearby Snowshill and freshly-peeled pink grapefruit and lime zest.

It is non-chill filtered so the oils are retained in the gin, causing a pearlescent cloud to appear when ice and tonic are added creating the unique ‘Cloudy G&T’

If you are looking for a cocktail with a lower alcohol content then why not try Cotswolds Dry Gin Essence,  a full strength gin (ABV 46%) designed to reduce the amount of alcohol required in a G&T and in gin-based cocktails, whilst at the same time retaining intensity of flavour.

Cotswold Dry Gin Essence is made using ten times the botanical concentration of their award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin.

This results in a huge amount of flavour per unit of alcohol. Cotswolds Gin Essence is so rich in botanical character that just 5ml is needed for a full flavour G&T, which has 1/10th of the alcohol of the usual Cotswolds signature serve.
