25ml Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin | 25ml Sweet Vermouth | 25ml Campari

Stir all the ingredients over ice in a rocks glass until chilled and garnish with a twist of orange peel.

40ml 57° Skye earth + sea London Dry Gin | 30ml Sherry | 20ml Raspberry Syrup | 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice | 5ml Egg White or Aquafaba

Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries

Lower Alcohol Option: Cotswolds Dry Gin Essence When Doves Cry

Cotswolds Dry Gin Essence is a full-strength gin designed to reduce the amount of product and thus alcohol required in a drink whilst also retaining the intensity of flavour. Cotswolds Dry Gin Essence is made using ten times the botanical concentration of their award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin, resulting in a lighter and deliciously refreshing gin, with all the taste and 90% less alcohol than the standard 50 ml serve.

Shake all ingredients, except soda water, over ice. Strain into a rocks glass with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit.

40 ml Aviation American Gin | 20ml Bitter Aperitivo Liqueur | Tonic Water

Pour Aviation Gin and bitter aperitivo liqueur into glass filled with ice and top with tonic water. Gently stir and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Mermaid Pink Gin infuses the fresh flavour of Isle of Wight strawberries with the smooth yet complex taste of the award-winning Mermaid Gin, creating an aromatic and refreshing drink.

50ml Mermaid Pink Gin | 25ml Lemon Juice | 10ml Sugar Syrup | 10ml Crème de Mure

Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Top with more crushed ice and drizzle over the Crème De Mure. Garnish with a blackberry and lemon slice
