Wednesday is steak day at Camino and the team has launched a club whereby a perfect cut of beef, be it fillet, rib-eye, sirloin or rump, sourced from one of their key suppliers at Borough market such as Ginger Pig, is cooked just as you like it and served with a big salad and a glass of specially chosen Spanish red such as Ribera del Duero. Priced at £20 and available Wednesday lunch only.

A £5 lunch menu in the bar – £5 buys a delicious, quick and easy tapas menu, allowing diners to be in out in 20 minutes if they wish. Available weekdays from 11.30am to 3pm

And…on Saturday 9 May Camino will be hosting the first of five alfresco Spanish street fiesta events, Fiesta en la Calle. Running from 9pm to 1am entrance is free, and the evening has a fantastic music line up – from Los Chinches. With their roots in Peruvian Cumbia, Los Chinches mix their own interpretation of a groove that rocked the Amazon in the 1960s with the classics of the genre. The music has a new style and sound, with a myriad of influences from Latin, Classical, Jazz, Blues and Rock ‘n’ Roll, but it remains true to the vibe of classic Chicha. Movimientos DJs will hit the decks with some sizzling Urban Latin. All served alongside the very finest Spanish beers and wines and an authentic selection of tapas – Jámon, pimientos de pardon, tortilla de patatas, pan con tomate and so much more – make Camino the only place to be in London on Saturday 9 May, Saturday 13 June, Saturday 11 July, Saturday 8 August and Saturday 12 September…
