Method:

Put the Stolichnaya elit, rose syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and shake hard over ice.

Take a frozen highball glass and pour ingredients from cocktail shaker into the highball.

Top with Champagne.

Garnish with an edible flower and serve.
