This Autumn, head to Gravetye Manor for a traditional Afternoon Tea. Relax by one of the Manor’s log fires and enjoy an afternoon tea made from a selection of homemade treats including Gravetye home-smoked salmon and honey roast ham sandwiches with Gravetye Piccalilli – made fresh from the manor’s very own kitchen garden.

Sweet treats include traditional homemade scones with lashings of fresh cream and Gravetye fresh fruit jam, sticky lemon drizzle cake and homemade macaroons and muffins fresh from the oven.

After tea, grab some wellies from the Gravetye boot room and take a stroll around the gardens that surround the Elizabethan Manor House built in 1598. Set in 1000 acres of ancient and exquisite forestry land, the house is surrounded by 35 acres of historic gardens, designed and created by Gravetye’s most notable owner, William Robinson.

The Manor’s Afternoon Tea offers the perfect way to treat family or friends to something special. Situated only 12 miles from Gatwick Airport and 30 miles from Hyde Park Corner, Gravetye Manor’s location is secluded within the Sussex countryside whilst being easily accessible to London and further afield.

Prices start from £19 for the Classic Afternoon Tea and £25 for the Premier Afternoon Tea.

Served between 3pm and 5.30pm, 7 days a week.
