Drop in to Andina of Shoreditch this month to try the brand new health and fitness focussed menu, fetchingly titled Replenish. The brainchild of Peruvian chef and restaurateur Martin Morales and healthy living guru Harry Jameson, the Replenish menu is designed to nourish your over-fed and under worked out post-holiday bod. 

The menu offers diners a range of nutritionally packed offerings, protein-filled dishes, smoothies and juices, all available alongside the main Andina menu, which itself features a varied selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes.

Never seen a vegetable in your life? The Replenish Menu enables diners to easily identify which dishes are best for them either pre- or post-exercise. Expect egg white omelettes, lashings of avocado and quinoa as well as a whole load of high-protein low-carb breakfast, lunch and dinner options, priced pretty reasonably so you’ve got no excuse!

Freshly launched, the menu will be available until the end of March – well timed if you got one of those 90 day shred DVDs as your #fitspo for 2016.

The Andina’Replenish Menu’ is available daily from Wednesday 6th January – Thursday 31st March from breakfast through to dinner. Breakfast and brunch is available from 8-11am on weekdays and 10–4pm on weekends, with lunch and dinner options available from 12–10:30pm on weekdays and 10am – 10:30pm on weekends
