Michelin starred Outlaw’s at The Capital has teamed up with Sharp’s Brewery to offer an exclusive Beer Meets Fine Dining dinner in the heart of Knightsbridge, to be held on 23rd February as part of London Beer Week.

Newly appointed Head Chef, Tom Brown and Sharp’s Brewery’s Beer Sommelier Ed Hughes have put together a special meal for beer novices and connoisseurs alike; a unique experience where fine beer meets fine dining. The evening includes a welcome drink, a 3-course menu with paired beers, and a Sharp’s Brewery gift bag.

The evening will be hosted by Tom and Ed, who will be introducing each dish and complementing beer. Commencing with a selection of canapés and a flute of Sharp’s Pilsner, other dishes will include Crab Scotch Egg paired with Chalky’s Bite and Hake with Curry Sauce and Honey Spice IPA.

Outlaw’s at The Capital, which opened in October 2012, is Nathan Outlaw’s only restaurant outside Cornwall, and was awarded its first Michelin star in 2013. Award winning Sharp’s Brewery has collaborated with Nathan Outlaw at the Mariners Pub in Rock, Cornwall.

Menus at Outlaw’s offer an ever-changing selection of unique dishes, and the restaurant is known in particular for its seasonal British seafood from Cornwall and the West Country.
