Chez Lindsay in Richmond is serving a special apple-themed menu for two weeks from October 11th in honour of October’s abundant apple harvest.

The menu which features a variety of French and British apples is priced at £19.75 for two courses and £22.75 for three.

Some of the dishes featured on the menu are: Granny Smith and celery soup sprinkled with chestnuts; Layered cake of black pudding, Reine de Reinettes apple and potato, garnished with caramelised apples; Buckwheat pancake filled with Camembert, topped with saute of wild mushrooms and Spartan apples, Calvados and cream; Caramelised Cox’s Orange Pippin tart.

In case you didn’t know Chez Lindsay has been serving speciality crepes, galettes (buckwheat pancakes) and other classic Breton dishes for more than 15 years. The aim of the restaurant is to recreate the warmth of a classic French Bistro.
