Chino Latino is feeling festive and you can join the award-winning restaurant’s Christmas themed sushi masterclass in support of Help a London Child on Saturday 5 December. Learn the art of sushi and support Help a London Child with Chino LatinoUsing turkey, ham and a range of traditional Christmas ingredients, masterclass students will battle to create the tastiest yuletide roll. The winning roll, to be judged and decided by the Head Chef, will earn a place on restaurant’s menu among such sushi superstars as the Crispy Soft Shell Crab and Prawn Tempura rolls.

The creator of the winning roll will be crowned sushi master and will see 25 per cent of their winning roll’s sales donated to Help a London Child, as well as receiving a complimentary three course dinner for two people.

Head Sushi Chef Lorenzo Bautista will share his trade secrets in the Christmas-themed sushi masterclass. Bautista learned the craft during two years in Japan and has worked in some of London and Dubai’s top Japanese restaurants. Food enthusiasts will enjoy sushi and sashimi demonstrations by Bautista, before creating their very own Japanese delicacies with a festive twist.

This intimate and exclusive cooking extravaganza will cost £35 per person including a glass of wine. Ther masterclass is limited to 25 participants, so if you want to take part in it book early to avoid disappointment.
