Taking their inspiration from the hearty, rib sticking faire from the ski slopes of France, the team at Le Bouchon Breton have devised a range of ‘Apres Ski” dishes. Each dish is designed to share and comes with a selection of side orders and a choice of drinks and at just £18 per person value worth a yodel about.

Choose from the following sharing dishes, each dish is served with a side of onion soup and a Belgian endive and walnut salad with a parmesan dressing.

Raclette Traditionelle

A Selection of cured meat including; Dry cured Ham, Smoked bacon, French salami, Garlic Sausage, Bresaola, alongside boiled Potatoes and mange tout served with melted cheese and Pain de Campagne. Choice of ½ bottle of Roussette de Savoie, 2pints of Krownenbourg, 2 Bulmers cider

Fondue Savoyarde

A heart warming pot of melted Emmental, Gruyere and Reblochon cheese slowly cooked with onion and white wine, served with a side of boiled potatoes, and pain de campagne croutons. Great to share. Choice of ½ bottle of Roussette de Savoie, 2pints of Krownenbourg, 2 Bulmers cider

Tartiflette

Slices of boiled potatoes and crispy smoked bacon gratin covered in a rich Reblochon cheese and onion sauce. Choice of ½ bottle of Roussette de Savoie, 2pints of Krownenbourg, 2 Bulmers cider

Pierrade de Boeuf

Slices of beef sirloin marinated in garlic and rosemary served alongside a Hot Stone. This do it yourself dish is a favourite on the slopes at this time of year served with Béarnaise, Choron and Blue Cheese Sauce and a side of Pommes Pont Neuf. Choice of ½ bottle of Roussette de Savoie, 2pints of Krownenbourg, 2 Bulmers cider

Pierrade de Crevette

Prawns marinated in garlic and rosemary served alongside a hot stone.
