The Brixton agaveria is partnering with the authentic Mexican kitchen for two special weekend takeovers on 20th & 21st and 27th & 28th January before a permanent residency from 31st January
This month, South London’s acclaimed agave bar Hacha Brixton will be partnering with Nopalito, purveyors of authentic Mexican cuisine for a special collaboration starting tomorrow 20th January.
Known for their ready-to-eat home delivery taco kits and roving market stalls, Nopalito will be kicking off their residency with two weekend takeovers on 20th & 21st and 27th & 28th January, serving a series of special Mexican taster menus designed to perfectly pair with Hacha’s Mexican cocktails and agave spirits before taking up their permanent residency from 31st January onwards.

The special menu will include a selection of Nopalito’s traditional meat, seafood and vegetarian tacos, such the Al Pastor – traditional marinated pork shoulder with grilled pineapple, Campechano – beef sirloin, chorizo and grilled onion.
Other dishes include the Cauliflower Ceviche – cauliflower served in ceviche sauce with fresh tomato, lime juice and avocado and Aguachile – prawns served in Nopalito’s mixture of sauces, grilled pineapple, green chilli and tostadas.
There will also be a special monthly plate on offer throughout the partnership. All of Nopalito’s dishes and tacos can be enjoyed alongside Hacha’s cocktails, including their award-winning crystal-clear Mirror Margarita.
Nopalito will take up residency at Hacha Brixton on Friday 20th & Saturday 21st and Friday 27th & Saturday 28th January
The kitchen will then be open Tuesday-Saturday from 31st January
