Today Leon started serving their first New York Breakfasts. In case you’re not familiar with what they’re gobbling down over in the Big Apple, the breakfast menu includes 100% rye bead, topped with cream cheese, smoked salmon, tomatoes and cress and a squeeze of lemon, grilled sandwiches, Porridge of the Gods (served with chocolate and banana) and a sunshine fruit salad.

Leon co-founder Henry Dimbleby explains where the idea for the breakfast menu came from ‘I have strong memories of wandering down 5th avenue in New York eating a New York Breakfast.
