Anna Hansen, Chef Patron of The Modern Pantry has announced the launch of Sunday Lunch in The Dining Rooms on the 1st floor of the restaurant from Sunday 22nd March 2009. Having opened its doors to rave reviews in July 2008, The Modern Pantry serves an enticing fusion menu incorporating an array of global flavours, executed in a simple style.
The 1st floor Dining Rooms will now be open from 12pm until 4pm on Sundays, serving a set Sunday Lunch menu priced at just £22 per person for three courses. In keeping with Anna’s style, Sunday Lunch will revolutionise the traditional Sunday roast where starters will be served as sharing plates and include dishes such as swordfish ceviche, coconut, lime, wasabi tobiko.
Meanwhile the main course will be a choice of three unique roasts such as crispy roast middle white pork loin, curry leaf and mustard seed roast potatoes and parsnips, cavolo nero, spiced pear and apple relish.
