London destination, St. Pancras by Searcys Brasserie and Champagne Bar has created an exclusive Christmas Cocktail menu for visitors to enjoy this festive season.

The limited-edition menu fuses together the festive spirit with tasty alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails.

Visitors to the station this Christmas season can shop and unwind before sitting back to enjoy some festive cocktails. The Searcys’ expert drinks ambassador has devised a cocktail list to cover every cocktail style this season.

Looking for a festive twist to an Italian classic? Then the Winter Spice Negroni infuses spiced gin with vermouth and signature winter spice of cinnamon and dedicate orange peel (£12).

The Sparkly Bauble (£12) combines gin with pear purée, vanilla syrup and Searcys Selected Cuvée Champagne and is finished off with a gold spark; while for a decadent treat, guests can choose the Santa Claus (£12), based on the Christmas tradition of leaving a glass of milk and cookie for Santa. This cocktail blends white chocolate liqueur, almond and hazelnut liqueur with a spiced rum, for the ultimate winter warmer.

The St. Pancras by Searcys Brasserie and Champagne Bar has also launched a non-alcoholic version of the infamous Martini.

The Jolly Martini is made with non-alcoholic Martini Vibrante, cranberry juice, Franklin and Sons soda water with homemade rosemary syrup and topped with a sprig of rosemary and a festive candy cane (£10).

Home to Europe’s longest Champagne bar, the new festive cocktails are available to enjoy exclusively at the iconic St. Pancras by Searcys Brasserie and Champagne Bar, located on the Grand Terrace Upper Concourse from 22nd November 2021.

Throughout Christmas, St. Pancras will continue to support the UK’s Peatlands, which means that every purchase at the station’s shops, restaurants, bars, and pubs contributes to helping restore a vital ecosystem.
