This January, seafood and oyster specialists Wright Brothers, are serving a special immune-boosting two-course lunch menu for just £20.

Available at Soho and Spitalfields, dishes include a green gazpacho with marinated prawns, packed full of the skin-friendly anti-oxidant avocado, and colourful Graceburn feta and ruby grapefruit salad to start.

Mains include a warm mixed beets and Jerusalem artichoke salad with sea greens, and a low-calorie oven baked cod, fennel, garlic and thyme and buttered cabbage.

Detox menus are available throughout January, Monday to Friday, from 12-midday to 5pm.

For those attempting Dry-January, Wright Brothers have also introduced a tasty new range of non-alcoholic’Seedlip’ cocktails at all of their London-based restaurants. Indulge in Purple Rain, a zingy mix of beetroot, apple and ginger beer; Hibiscus Garden, with cucumber, lime and elderflower juice and homemade hibiscus soda; and a Barley & Time, seedlip muddled with lemon juice, barley syrup and pineapple juice, each just £7.50.
