When booked between Saturday 26th December and Wednesday 30th December, for just £300 per room guests can enjoy dinner in Fishmore Hall’s 3AA Rosette restaurant, Forelles on one evening of their stay. Head chef Andrew Birch has crafted an indulgent Christmas menu for the occasion ensuring guests are left satisfied.
Andrew Birch has previously been awarded Welsh Chef of the Year in 2004, Young Chef Apprentice of Britain in 2005, Young Chef Apprentice of Europe in 2005, and was a finalist in the Roux Regional Scholarship in 2006.
Sparkling Christmas Champagne Package
For those who want extra sparkles this year, the Christmas Champagne Package has been created. This includes a 2-night stay where guests will find half bottle of Ayala on ice in their room on arrival, and they are invited to enjoy their pre-dinner nibbles with a classic Champagne Cocktail. Not only this but each of the three courses at Forelles will be served with a different glass of champagne. The following morning there will be the opportunity to enjoy a mimosa with breakfast and full Afternoon Tea will be served with a glass of Prosecco.
