Michelin-starred chef Claude Bosi of the famous Bibendum, has collaborated with S.Pellegrino to bring you the ‘Taste of EE BAFTAs’ – a free virtual masterclass of fine dining excellence, at 5pm on 11th April 2021. Ahead of the live EE BAFTAs which will stream on YouTube.

A cooking masterclass will be streamed on Sunday 11th April as part of the of the EE BAFTAs weekend on S.Pellegrino’s online food platform Fine Dining Lovers and promises to be an evening of first-class cuisine and entertainment.

Although the EE BAFTAs will be hosted as a virtual event this year, that doesn’t mean the night will be any less spectacular.

Those taking part in the ‘Taste of EE BAFTAs’ dining experience can look forward to re-creating a stunning dish, specially devised by Claude Bosi to celebrate the best of British ingredients, all delivered directly to your door by Waitrose. 

On the evening itself, viewers can join Claude from 5-6pm for the virtual masterclass in how to prepare and cook the dish, picking up exclusive tips and tricks from the culinary master.

Set the scene for a night of glitz and glamour and join Claude on screen to prepare for creating the main event: a succulent Cod Grenobloise with sustainably sourced Icelandic Cod Loin, or for vegetarians, with roasted cauliflower steaks, both with fresh herbs, browned butter and salty capers.
