Taste of Christmas 2010 signals an indulgent start to the season’s festivities from 3-5 December with three days of gourmet glamour, in and out of the kitchen.

In addition, 12 of London’s top restaurants, including; Benares, Roast, Amico Bio, Acorn House and Iberica will be serving up seasonal menus of gourmet dishes to inspire your own culinary adventures, creating traditional classics as well as cutting-edge cuisine.

Of course, no foodie event would be complete without demonstrations from some of your favorite chefs. So Taste of Christmas has invited some of the country’s best to appear at the demonstration and skills theatres to help you to finesse your light entertaining. Heston Blumenthal, Jean-Christophe Novelli, Antony Worrall-Thompson, Atul Kochhar and many more will be appearing live on stage to show you how you might prepare for the ultimate season of extravagance.
